Our huge family(15 brothers and sisters )has lived in South Florida more than 40 years. During that time
we have seen Florida grow dramatically. We have seen the good, the bad and the ugly. When it comes to

Buying, through the eyes of one of our brothers, Rocky Cardona. For the better part of 25 years, Rocky

how to look at them in the eyes and say a flat no to their deals. He knows how to stand up and walk away when
they refuse to yield. He also knows how it feels when he has won out and hears a salesman tell him, "Rocky,
my manager said to tell you that you are tough to deal with." That time, Rocky smiled, and agreed with the
sentiment. Rocky's beautiful daughter smiled, too. Her dad had just helped her purchase a pre-owned Honda
Civic which she quickly named "Lovely". The four hours spent haggling was worth it. This was truly a "Kodak"
moment!
